By now, you probably know about Terri Tatchell. She’s a 2001 graduate of the Writing for Film & Television program at VFS. She’s also the co-writer (along with VFS 3D Animation & Visual Effects grad Neill Blomkamp) of the hit 2009 film District 9, for which she and Neill have been honoured with Academy Award and Golden Globe nominations.
In fall 2009, Terri returned to the VFS campus to deliver an engaging and honest talk about District 9, her career, and her take on the art and craft of screenwriting. Here it is, for your enjoyment:

Congratulations on the Oscar nomination for best film( DISTRICT 9) good luck! and Greetings to Benjamin Collins who came to my country and thanks to him I had the oppurtunity to learn a little more of vfs! GOOD LUCK.
